JOHN HOPPNER (BRITANNICO 1759-1810) “VANITÀ INFANTILE” Olio su tavola 58 x 66,5 cm (22¾ x 26 pollici)Dipinto nel 1789. Esposto: Royal Academy, Londra, 1789 (n. 176)Bibliografia: W. McKay e W. Roberts, *John Hoppner, R.A.*, Londra, 1909, p. 301, dove è erroneamente catalogato come «*Infant Variety*»; H. P. K. Skipton, *John Hoppner*, Londra: Methuen & Co., 1905, p. XII, p. 168; *The Royal Academy, The Exhibition of the Royal Academy of Arts, M.DCC.LXXXIX, The Twenty First*, Londra: T. Cadell, 1789, p. 7, n. 176.
