Set di due vasi e una profumeria; XX secolo. Vetro soffiato Millefiore. Misure: 28 x 9 x 9 x 9 cm (più grande): 12 x 6 x 6 x 6 cm (più piccolo). Set composto da due vasi e un portaprofumo con ornamento Millefiori, una tecnica vetraria che produce motivi decorativi distintivi nella vetreria. Il termine millefiori è una combinazione delle parole italiane "mille" (mille) e "fiori" (fiori). La reputazione di Murano come centro di produzione del vetro nacque quando la Repubblica di Venezia, temendo incendi e la distruzione degli edifici in legno della città, ordinò ai vetrai di trasferire le loro fonderie a Murano nel 1291. Il vetro di Murano è ancora oggi associato al vetro veneziano. Le varie case in cui Vivien Leigh ha vissuto hanno dato libero sfogo alla sua capacità decorativa, creando una linea ornamentale eclettica e variegata basata sulla collezione di oggetti lussuosi, sofisticati e di alta qualità.
