Questo tipo di scultura segue i modelli prodotti in serie degli ultimi decenni del XIX secolo. Sebbene l’intero processo artistico e artigianale sia stato realizzato secondo standard prestabiliti, i delicati dettagli e la policromia dimostrano un alto livello di maestria. Data la sua elevata qualità e il suo valore artistico, è probabile che quest’opera sia stata realizzata nelle botteghe di Olot.
