“ARMAN”, ARMAND PIERRE FERNANDEZ (Nizza, 1928 – New York, 2005). “Accumulation”, 1985. Litografia, edizione E.A. Firmata e numerata a mano. Dimensioni: 76 x 56 cm. Arman è stato una delle figure di spicco del Nuovo Realismo, un movimento artistico emerso negli anni ’60 in risposta alla società dei consumi e all’espansione industriale. Formatosi a Nizza e all’École du Louvre, Arman era legato ad artisti quali Yves Klein, Christo e Mimmo Rotella, con i quali fondò il movimento del Nuovo Realismo. Le sue opere, presenti in importanti collezioni internazionali quali il Museo Reina Sofía, il MoMA, la Tate Modern e il Centre Pompidou, hanno consolidato la sua posizione come uno degli artisti francesi più influenti della seconda metà del XX secolo.
