Prezioso esemplare di Francis Picabia, con dedica autografa firmata sotto forma di indovinello grafico o rebus, ornata da un disegno a inchiostro di china che incornicia il frontespizio: per ΠK Bia (Fr 6) Parigi, dicembre 1938 Ex (?) dadaisticamente vostro. Max Ernst I rapporti tra i due ex dadaisti sembrano essersi allentati dopo la loro avventura comune – sebbene Picabia, in particolare con la sua rivista 391, sia stato uno dei principali promotori di Max Ernst in Francia. Mentre Ernst aderì al gruppo surrealista dopo lo scioglimento del Dada, Picabia seguì un percorso più singolare, caratterizzato dal ritorno alla pittura figurativa. Piccole lacerazioni sul dorso.
