La Galerie Plaisance dénommée « Le Vendeur » accepte de vendre le ou les œuvres à l'acquéreur dénommé « L'Acheteur » sous réserve des conditions suivantes :
L'oeuvre est vendue par Le Vendeur dans l'état où elle se trouve pendant la vente. Les informations relatives à son état seront mentionnées dans les détails descriptifs de l'oeuvre.
Toutes demandes de restaurations doit être faites au préalable auprès du Vendeur.
L'Acheteur à la responsabilité d'examiner l'oeuvre et de demander des informations quant à son état et aux éventuelles restaurations déjà effectuées.
Toute réclamation post achat ne peut faire l'objet d'une contestation au regard des éléments fournis par Le Vendeur.
Les œuvres demeurent l'entière propriété du Vendeur jusqu'au complet encaissement du prix final.
Le paiement s'effectue en Euros par virement bancaire ou carte bleue au sein de la galerie. Pour toute demande d'un autre moyen de paiement, L'Acheteur doit contacter Le Vendeur, préalablement, pour convenir d'une solution.
Si L'Acheteur souhaite une livraison, un devis devra être demandé préalablement au Vendeur afin que celui-ci puisse faire les démarches à cet effet.
Le contrat est conclu lors de la confirmation du règlement par la banque ou Le Vendeur.

This is a rare animal painting from the Art Deco period, Georges Guyot having devoted most of his work to sculpture.

Georges Lucien Guyot (born December 10, 1885 in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, died December 31, 1972 in the 18th arrondissement of Paris1,2), was a French animal artist.
Georges Guyot showed artistic talent from an early age, but his parents' modest circumstances prevented him from studying art. So he apprenticed with a woodcarver. Guyot excelled at copying works from the 15th, 16th and 17th centuries, but soon developed an attraction for nature. This attraction led him to the Jardin des Plantes, where he could study wild animals and translate his observations into sculptures and paintings.
A familiar figure in Montmartre, Georges Guyot was a guest at the Bateau-Lavoir from the time of Cubism. In 1931, he joined the Groupe des Douze, founded by François Pompon and Jane Poupelet, which brought together sculptors such as Marcel Lémar, Paul Jouve, André Margat, Jean-Claude de Saint-Marceaux, Georges Hilbert and even painter Adrienne Jouclard. After the Liberation, he was elected mayor of Neuville-sur-Oise. Very much in vogue in his day, he had to wait until 1970 for an exhibition devoted exclusively to his work. He occupied Picasso's studio at Bateau-Lavoir, where he died on the last day of 1972.
