Hans Massmann 1887 - 1973 La fontaine Franz-Karl à Bad Ischl Technique mixte sur papier 81,5 x 66 cm, 93,5 x 78 cm Signé et daté 1926 en bas à gauche Tableau d'importance historique ! La fontaine est dédiée à l'archiduc François-Charles, père de l'empereur François-Joseph Ier. Elle a été conçue en l'honneur du 50e séjour de cure de l'archiduc François-Charles. En août 1853, l’empereur François-Joseph Ier et Élisabeth (Sissi) se sont retrouvés à Bad Ischl, où eut lieu les célèbres fiançailles du couple.
