Fernand CIAN (Carrare, 1889 - Paris, 1954) Fernando Ciancianaini dit. Jeune chasseur Buste en terre cuite patiné sur un socle en marbre. Il porte dans son dos un carquois garni de flèches et une gerbe de roses dans les replis de sa tunique. Signé sur l'épaule gauche et situé à Paris. Hauteur : 56 cm. D'origine italienne, Fernand Cian travaille à Paris avec Laporte-Blairsy, lui-même élève d'Alexandre Falguière. Il développe le pastiche de la sculpture du XVIIIe siècle à travers des bustes et portraits d'enfants notamment.
