XAVIER CUGAT (Gérone, 1898 - Barcelone, 1990). "Le procès", 1973. Lithographie, exemplaire 10/500. Signée et justifiée à la main. Certificat d'authenticité notarié. Dimensions : 42 x 54 cm (lithographie). Dessinateur et musicien, Xavier Cugat a longtemps vécu aux États-Unis, où il a exercé une importante activité de chef d'orchestre dans le domaine de la musique légère. Entre 1925 et 1928, il collabore en tant que caricaturiste avec le journal américain "Los Angeles Times". Il a organisé sa première exposition personnelle à Barcelone en 1972, une exposition de ses célèbres caricatures de personnes célèbres. Depuis lors, il a organisé des expositions personnelles en Espagne et aux États-Unis.
