Petit in-4°, vélin ivoire, dos lisse orné (reliure du XVIIe s.). [IV] + 539 + [XXXV] pp. Texte imprimé en grec. Des bibliothèques William Cholmondeley (1800-1884), avec ex-libris manuscrit en page de garde et annotations in fine (traductions de passages en français) & Lucien Layus (1858-1915), avec son carton de libraire (il présenta ce livre à l'exposition universelle de 1900 : « XVIe siècle. Document pour servir à l'Histoire du Livre »). Pièce de titre portant la date de 1563 ; ancien ex-libris manuscrit gratté sur le titre ; galeries de vers sur plusieurs feuillets habilement restaurées ; quelques annotations au crayon dans le texte. « Belle édition qui présente un texte entièrement revu. » (Brunet, I, 308) ; « Très savant volume » (Renouard, 126).
