Akte verleden voor schepen Paeschier Francois van den Cruyce: Johan Chauwin huurt twee percelen land van jonker Jan David Scholiers tegen een jaarlijkse erfrente van 75 Carolusgulden. De percelen zijn gelegen langs de Olmenstraat te Ruisbroek; de eigenaars van de aangrenzende gronden zijn o.a. de Antwerpse families van der Goes en della Faille, deze laatste van wie Chauwin ook geld leende.
