L’ouvrage a été publié en 1745 par J. Osborn à Londres, chez Golden-Ball, à Pater-noster Row. Dimensions du papier : environ 3 1/2" sur 5 3/4" Type de papier ou particularités : gravure sur bois coloriée à la main État : l’ouvrage est en très bon à excellent état.
