Daniel Stocker, nu féminin allongé vers 1910, signé « Dan-Stocker » sur le socle, poinçon de fonderie indéchiffrable « FBU ? » sur le côté, bronze patiné brun clair, nu féminin allongé avec un drap, les jambes légèrement fléchies sur le côté, le haut du corps appuyé sur les bras, sur un socle à facettes irrégulières, bon état de conservation compte tenu de son âge, L 48 cm. Informations sur l'artiste : sculpteur allemand (1865 à Stuttgart – 1957 ibid.) ; il a voyagé en Italie et à Paris à des fins d'études, a étudié à l'Académie des Beaux-Arts de Stuttgart sous la direction d'Adolf von Donndorf ; il est surtout connu pour ses œuvres de grand format ou créées en lien avec l'architecture, ainsi que pour ses fontaines ; il était membre de la loge maçonnique « Wilhelm zur aufgehenden Sonne » de Stuttgart et a participé à diverses expositions importantes.
