Un shako M 1895/97 pour les soldats du 9e bataillon de chasseurs Modèle à chambre. Corps en cuir laqué noir, visières cousues (craquelées, traces de chaleur). Sur le front, un aigle de ligne doré fixé à l'aide de cales en cuir. Joug en cuir muni d'un bouton M 91, cocarde impériale en fer laquée de couleur, insigne de régiment noir et blanc inséré dans la partie supérieure. Doublure en cuir marron à languettes, estampillée entre autres « J.B.9, 54 » à l’intérieur du couvercle. Nettes traces d’usure et de vieillissement. État : II
