Tête de bague ovale ornée au centre de quatre grands brillants (totalisant environ 1,9 ct), entourés de 24 petits diamants (totalisant environ 1,92 ct). Poinçonnée du titre « 585 » ainsi que d’une marque de maître illisible. Deux gros diamants présentent des éclats. Un petit diamant est décoloré.
