1977 Alpine A110 1600 SX Chassis: 30057 French registration document • Alpine production record • Metallic Alpine Blue • Optional roll bar and headrests • June 2023 appraisal report Introduced at the Paris Motor Show in 1975, the Alpine A110 1600 SX was the final evolution of the Berlinette. It combines the A310-derived double-wishbone rear suspension with a 1,647 cc engine producing 95 PS, with an emphasis on balance and reliability. Production is stated to have totalled 387 examples, ending with the A110 in July 1977. The Alpine production record confirms that chassis 30057 left the factory on 26 July 1976. Its German-language manufacturer’s plate suggests initial delivery in West Germany, although this remains to be confirmed. The car retains its metallic Alpine Blue specification, with the optional roll bar and seats with integrated headrests. Fitted with Gotti bi-metal wheels and carrying French registration, this A110 is in good overall condition and working order, supported by an appraisal dated June 2023. Accompanied by its factory record, this 1600 SX offers the prospect of outings in the final evolution of the Berlinette, finished in Alpine Blue.
