Sur un fond champagne, quatre majestueux dragons vieux rose et céladon, ondulant dans les nimbes encadrent un médaillon circulaire où se love un de leur congénère. Le cadre se compose d'une bordure traditionnelle symbolisant un amas de nuages au couleurs chaudes (ruyi yun), surplombés par des vagues déferlantes et leur écume (haishui).
