Un champ anthracite orné de bouquets fleuris dans les angles supporte un contre champ ivoire, formé d'accolades convexes cuivré à formes géométriques. Le médaillon central est composé de couronnes de lauriers, ivoire et brique trônant au milieu de rinceaux végétaux multicolores en circonvolution.
