Tapis KIRMAN (Iran) Milieu du XXe siècle. Velours en laine sur fondations en coton. Une très large bordure bleu ciel, vieux rose, vieil or, crème et ivoire, non compartimentée, faite d'arabesques et de volutes, se compose de bouquets et de tiges florales multicolores en circonvolution. Elle est posée sur un champ rubis, où trône un imposant médaillon oblong polylobé ivoire, orné d'un inextricable treillage végétale bleuté supportant de délicates coroles fleuries.
