Rare. – L’écriture reproduit le début du récit « Malva » ; l’artiste a eu besoin d’environ 82 000 lettres pour le réaliser. Khazin avait utilisé cette technique pour la première fois en 1900 pour un portrait de Léon Tolstoï. À l'exception du visage, les autres éléments de l'image ont été en grande partie effacés et recréés à l'aide de l'écriture. - Légèrement jauni en raison du papier, quelques légères traces d'usure, globalement en bon état. *
