Dimensions du feuillet : 26,4 x 19,2 cm. Non répertorié dans notre bibliographie. - Probablement une épreuve de la page de titre réalisée par F. Picabia pour le numéro double 4-5 de la revue la plus importante du dadaïsme zurichois, fondée par Tzara, et portant le titre spécial « Anthologie Dada ». Sur la page de titre originale de ce numéro, le texte est imprimé en rouge et l’illustration en noir. - Bord inférieur portant le cachet de propriété de l’écrivain belge Geert Pijnenburg ; au verso, cachet monogramme « E.M. » (Emanuel Maeyens). - La marge gauche est jaunie et présente une légère trace de pli, sinon le document est en bon état.
