Paire de chérubins en bois sculpté, polychrome et doré. Toscane, XVIe siècle. h 32,5 cm Bras manquants, défauts et restaurations. Origine Antichità dei Bardi, Arezzo. Accompagnée d’une attestation délivrée par les Antichità dei Bardi, Arezzo, datée du 20 mai 1995, dans laquelle les deux sculptures sont rattachées au milieu artistique siennois de la « manière moderne », avec des références à la culture figurative de Domenico Beccafumi, et attribuées à un sculpteur de la région de Sienne du milieu du XVIe siècle.
