Tête de jeune homme, probablement un fragment de très haut-relief, tournée vers la gauche, la chevelure arrangée en courtes mèches ondulées, l'arcade sourcilière marquée, les yeux en amande, le nez droit et partiellement lacunaire, les joues pleines et la bouche aux lèvres charnues.
