Coiffe a dents de loup et jugulaire fortement usees. Le second est en cuir bouilli noirci, avec cimier et garnitures en laiton. Jugulaire en cuir et coiffe a dents de loup. Tres probablement allemand. Traces de la presence ancienne d’une boule au sommet du cimier. Usure d’usage et patine. The first is made entirely of non-magnetic metal, painted black, with a frontal shield and a letter identifying the municipality. Some dents and scratches. Heavily worn wolf-tooth-pattern liner and chinstrap. The second is made of blackened boiled leather, with a brass crest and fittings. Leather chinstrap and wolf-tooth-pattern liner. Most likely German. Traces of a former ball finial on the crest. Wear from use and patina.
