L'Annonciation, sculpture en bois polychrome, Allemagne du Sud/région alpine, XVIIe siècle. Marie a posé la main droite sur sa poitrine, son vêtement est légèrement soulevé et elle maîtrise Satan, représenté sous la forme d'un serpent, d'un pied nu. Ses yeux fermés et son regard tourné vers l'intérieur soulignent le moment de l'Annonciation. La posture et le drapé de la robe renvoient, sur le plan stylistique, à la fin du XVIIe siècle, plus précisément à la période autour de 1700.
