Gainé de velours et soie verte, décoré d’une abeille impériale et marquée à l’or dans le couvercle « étrier ouvert dit étrier impérial 1re paire offerte à SA le prince impérial breveté SGDG 92 rue de Montreuil 15 août 1863 » (le nom du fabricant découpé). Manque la taille Époque Second Empire. A.B.E. (Usures). L’étrier « impérial », brevet déposé par Eugène Jean Baptiste Devaux, habitant effectivement au 92 rue de Montreuil, le 24 septembre 1863.
