Erlbach (partie supérieure), 5 novembre 1814. 2 pages (chacune d'environ 34,5 x 20,5 cm) sur 1 double feuille de papier à la cuve avec filigrane et sceau recouvert de papier. Traces de pliage, bords des feuilles en partie marqués par l'humidité, en partie légèrement poussiéreux et tachés, sinon globalement en bon état. Saxe – Concession féodale signée par Alexander August von Beulwitz (1751-1822) en faveur de Johann Georg Stoehr le Jeune, vassal à Gopplasgrün, « concernant un champ et une petite parcelle de verger ». Erlbach (partie supérieure), 5 novembre 1814. - Traces de pliage, bords en partie tachés par l'humidité, en partie un peu poussiéreux et tachés, sinon globalement bien conservé.
