Bague originale avec un cœur en rubellite. Or jaune 18 carats. Poinçon de titre. Rubellite centrale en cabochon (11 x 11 x 6 mm, env. 4 à 6 carats) en forme de cœur, sertie en chaton. Au-dessus du cœur, un diamant à taille carrée en sertissage à chaton. Épaules de la bague ornées chacune de quatre rubellites roses (6 x 3 x 1,8 mm, total env. 2,4 ct) à taille baguette en sertissage à canal. Le cœur est légèrement lâche dans son sertissage. Dimensions : tête de bague L. 16 mm, taille de bague 52, 13,2 g.
