Les photographies montrent des planeurs d'Eretz Israël, des séances d'entraînement et des préparatifs de vol, des planeurs en vol, les premiers aviateurs d'Eretz Israël (certaines images montrent des aviateurs portant des emblèmes rares de l'aviation d'Eretz Israël, par exemple les ailes de pilote de la compagnie d'aviation Aviron), des exercices militaires, des combattants paramilitaires de la Haganah, des Notrim (policiers juifs d'avant l'État), des vues d'Eretz Israël et d'autres choses encore. Dimensions : de 5x8 cm à 13x20 cm. La plupart des photos sont attachées à des pages d'album photo. Est également incluse une carte extrêmement rare de certification de pilote de planeur accordée à Miryam Meyerstein par l'Eretz Israel Aviation Club, datée de 1939 et numérotée 26 (dommages). Arthur Meyerstein (1908-1964) fut l'un des fondateurs de l'aviation en Eretz Israël et l'un des premiers instructeurs de vol dans l'Israël d'avant l'état. Son épouse Miryam (1912-2005) fut l'une des deux premières femmes pilotes de planeurs en Eretz Israël. Arthur est né à Breslau, en Allemagne, où il a appris à piloter des avions à voile et est devenu instructeur principal. Il a fait son alya en 1935 et a immédiatement entrepris des activités au nom de l'industrie aéronautique locale, notamment en fondant la branche de Haïfa du club d'aviation d'Eretz Israël. C'est là qu'il a rencontré Miryam, qui avait fait son alya de Turquie en 1929. Arthur et Miryam étaient actifs en tant que pilotes de planeurs et instructeurs, tout en étant membres de l'organisation paramilitaire pré-étatique Haganah. Au début de 1948, Arthur a conçu et construit les pistes d'atterrissage de Nahariya et de Metzuba, dans le nord d'Israël. Après la création de l'État, il a occupé diverses fonctions d'ingénieur liées à la création de l'IAF et de ses pistes d'atterrissage.

As used herein the term "bid price" means the price at which a lot is knocked down to the purchaser and the term "purchase price" means the aggregate of (a) the bid price (b) a buyer's premium of 30%.
Accepted forms of payment include wire transfer, Credit Cards (charged in Israeli Shekels) and PayPal. For purchases over $2000, we require a wire transfer.
The auctioneer is the sole judge in the event of a disputed bid. The auctioneer may reopen bidding at his discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the lot in dispute. The company reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder.
The highest/successful bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser and thereupon assumes full risk and responsibility and will pay full purchase price for the said lot. If any dispute arises after the sale, the Company's sales records shall be conclusive in all respects.
In the event that the buyer of any lot fails to pay the purchase price thereof when due, the Company shall have the option, at its sole discretion, to (a) enforce payment by civil action or other proceedings against the buyer; (b) to void the sale as if said sale had not occurred; or (c) to exercise any other remedy or remedies available under law, including but not limited to a second sale of said item, including the subsequent enforcement of any deficiency against the initial buyer.
Absolutely no items may be removed without a paid invoice. The purchaser should remove all items on the day of the auction and no later than 10 days after the auction. The Company is not liable for any damage to items after they have been sold. A storage fee of $5 per day, per item, will be assessed for any items remaining in the custody of the Company by the close of business of the tenth day following the auction.
