Pair of armchairs, Published Height: 82 cm Wight: 57 cm Depth: 55 cm Pair of Italian armchairs by Osvaldo Borsani for ABV from the 1950s. The armchairs are the 5700 model and were first designed for the Caminada and Leuthold house.The small armchairs are then produced for the dining room of the Cademartori and Del Monte houses. The small armchairs are made of cherry wood and are upholstered in orange velvet with fabric edging.

The pair is part of a duet called: Him and Her, in fact the different sizes of the pair are denoted. The taller armchair in the 1950s was intended for the man, while the lower one for the woman. Both are upholstered in an elegant burgundy-purple velvet.Note its curved rear feet on the inside, while the front feet have the typical 1950s shape, i.e. wooden conical. Both armchairs have two seat cushions and two back cushions, both with quilted buttons.The backrests have a soft shape where its armrest is one with the backrest structure.
