Photographer's copyright stamp with address "Wien I. Mahlerstrasse 3", her handwritten and signed annotation "die lebende Figur ist der totale Beweis der Richtigkeit dieser Plastik. A Japanese visitor in Vienna's Museum of the 20th Century passes an life-size sculpture by Fritz Wotruba representing a man walking: the constellation of perfectly opposite directions of movement encourages comparison and thus close observation. The photographer noted on the reverse of the print: "The living figure is a total proof of the rightness of this sculpture. I was very proud to have captured that split second!".
