Entrelacés de fils d’or autour des épaules, se terminant par des fleurs de lotus. Le chaton tournant est constitué d’une armature en or décorée de fils tressés et sertie d’un large sceau, gravé sur une face d’une inscription hiéroglyphique. La lecture en est difficile, car il s’agit ici d’une écriture cryptée par transmutation, où l’ordre des signes est mélangé et sujet à plusieurs interprétations. L’une d’entre elles que nous retiendrons pourrait être perçue comme une maxime souhaitant douce vie à celui qui la porte. Très belle qualité et conservation de l’ensemble. The central rectangular gold box, the edge with a gold braid is set with a large blue-green jasper seal with hieroglyphic inscription on one side— the meaning is encrypted by transmutation, yet we can understand an apotropaic maxim that wish sweet life to whoever wears (this ring).
