Algunas grietas en el reverso de la base, una pequeña grieta en un lateral, restos de suciedad; estado de uso Patrick Lepage fue un artesano del vidrio francés autodidacta. Tras comenzar su carrera en el sector de la restauración, se dedicó al oficio del vidrio en 1984, sobre todo tras su decisivo encuentro con Jean-Claude Novaro.
