Paul Signac (1863-1935) «Au Temps d'Harmonie». 1895-1896. Autógrafo. 500 x 370 [585 x 420 mm]. Kornfeld y Wick 14. Impresión en color. Preciosa copia en papel vitela muy brillante. Ligera oxidación en los bordes de la hoja. Margenes completos. Rara. Sello AABM (Lugt 3075). Esta litografía retoma el tema de un cuadro monumental, pintado en 1895 en la villa La Hune de Saint-Tropez, que se puede contemplar desde 1938 en la escalera de honor del Ayuntamiento de Montreuil. En un principio, la obra iba a titularse *Au temps d’anarchie* (En tiempos de anarquía), con el subtítulo «La edad de oro no está en el pasado, está en el futuro». Signac cambió la palabra «anarquía» por «armonía» en 1894 para evitar tensiones políticas tras el atentado contra el presidente Sadi Carnot.
