BRETON (André). La situación del surrealismo entre las dos guerras. [Vichy: Presses du Ministère de l’information, 1943]. — Folleto in-4, 270 x 210: 17 ff., cubierta impresa. Grapado. Edición pirata mimeografiada de la conferencia impartida por Breton el 10 de diciembre de 1942 a los estudiantes franceses de la Universidad de Yale. Se imprimieron 250 ejemplares sin el consentimiento del autor. Fue un ejemplar, vendido en Alde el 22 de abril de 2026 (Preciosas ediciones literarias originales - Recuerdos baudelairianos), con el número 155, el que reveló el lugar y la fecha de impresión de este folleto. Al final se indicaba: «El abajo firmante certifica haber impreso este folleto en 250 ejemplares en las rotativas del Ministerio de Información de Vichy en 1943 para nuestros amigos. B. Meuleau». Nuestro ejemplar solo incluye la indicación manuscrita: «Tirada limitada a 250 ejemplares». Al comparar el ejemplar de Alde con el nuestro, se aprecia que la maquetación del texto es diferente. Ejemplar muy bien conservado.
