Sostiene un cáliz en la mano derecha y un crucifijo en la izquierda. Firmado «Andrea del Sarto Inve» en la parte inferior izquierda del grabado y «Teodoro Cruger sculp» a la derecha. Titulado debajo con «IO CREDO IN UNO DIO TRINO; ED ETERNO».
