De estilo precolombino, Ecuador. Conjunto de 9 piezas compuesto por dos figurillas y cinco recipientes de terracota, a los que se suman dos piezas de metal con decoración figurativa repujada. Procedencia: Colección particular de Jack Favié, un antiguo soldado que se convirtió en aventurero tras la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Vivió en Tahití y posteriormente en Ecuador, estancias durante las cuales constituyó su colección, que da testimonio de su interés por las antiguas civilizaciones de América Latina, y en particular por las culturas ecuatorianas de Valdivia, Chorrera, La Tolita y Manteña. Una primera parte de esta colección se subastó en 2001. Posibles signos de desgaste, daños, restauraciones y faltas. (16)
