Tetsuya Noda es un destacado grabador japonés, famoso por su monumental serie Diary. En ella plasma su vida cotidiana mediante una técnica híbrida única, que combina la fotografía, la serigrafía con mimeógrafo y el grabado en madera tradicional sobre papel washi. Casado con la hija del embajador de Israel en Japón [18.1], Tetsuya Noda se convirtió al judaísmo. Este vínculo familiar inspira su serie Diary, que documenta sus viajes y su vida en un kibutz.
