Anverso: «LVDOVICVS·ANTONIVS·DVX·ENGOLISMENSIS· MARIA·THERESIA·CAROLINA·LVD·XVI·FILIA». Bustos yuxtapuestos a la derecha de Luis Antonio, duque de Angulema, en uniforme, y de María Teresa Carlota de Francia, con diadema y collar de perlas; sobre sus cabezas, una corona de flores. Firmado: JEUFFROY F. Reverso: «FRATRVM·LIBEROS·CONNVBIO·IVNGIT», en el exergo: «MITTAVIAE·DIE·X·IVNII / MDCCLXXXXIX». Luis XVIII, con el manto real adornado con flores de lis, sentado de frente en un trono elevado, uniendo las manos de su sobrina María Teresa, de pie a la izquierda, y de su sobrino, el duque de Angulema, de pie a la derecha con traje de corte.
