CERVEZA GRÜTLI - h. 1930 «Cerveza de lujo para la buena mesa» Atribuida a Edouard BOLLAERT - Rara maqueta publicitaria original realizada al gouache sobre papel grueso granulado. 35,3 x 26 cm. Anónimo. En muy buen estado de conservación — ha conservado toda la viveza y frescura de sus pigmentos originales. Esta obra original representa en primer plano una botella estilizada y un vaso de cerveza espumosa, encuadrándose plenamente en el puro estilo Art Déco. Creada a finales del siglo XIX por la prestigiosa Société Industrielle de Brasserie et malterie de la Brasserie des Moulineaux (situada en Issy-les-Moulineaux), la cerveza Grütli debe su nombre a la famosa pradera suiza, símbolo de autenticidad y tradición.
