BICICLETA SAPHIR - c. 1910-15 Rara placa publicitaria esmaltada original abombada, con letras muy en relieve. De buen tamaño: 60 x 39,5 cm. «Ferro Email. Aetz- & Emaillierwerke. C. Robert Dold. Offenburg. iB» Muy buen estado de conservación: brillo óptimo y esmalte muy untuoso, de gran calidad. Los colores se conservan de forma fantástica: el fondo azul intenso resalta con fuerza las letras blancas, muy en relieve. Este esmalte grueso y bien aplicado acentúa el relieve de las letras, lo que ofrece una visibilidad perfecta. Solo se observan dos alteraciones menores: una en la «S» superior y otra en la esquina superior derecha. Marca de bicicletas de Bruselas (Bélgica, hacia 1910-1914). La empresa contrató como embajador al mítico ciclista François Faber (primer ganador extranjero del Tour de Francia en 1909), que compitió con sus colores en 1913.
