Franz Albert Venus, atribuido, tres bocetos: dos de una campesina trabajando y una hoja con una granja de montaña con vacas en un paisaje alpino (con un fragmento de dibujo en el reverso), montados sobre cartón de soporte y con una atribución a «A. Venus», en diferentes estados de conservación, dimensiones de la hoja: máx. aprox. 18,5 x 15 cm. Información sobre el artista: pintor, dibujante y grabador alemán del romanticismo tardío (1842-1871, Dresde), a partir de 1856 estudió en la Real Academia de Bellas Artes de Dresde, entre 1860 y 1866 fue alumno en el taller de Ludwig Richter, de quien era el alumno favorito; en 1861 realizó un viaje de estudios por el norte de Bohemia junto con Viktor Paul Mohn, Adolf Thomas y Carl Wilhelm Müller; realizó varias estancias en Italia; en 1868, gracias a una beca, pasó un año en Roma, Fuente: Thieme-Becker, Friedrich, «Ludwig Richter und sein Schülerkreis» y Wikipedia.
