Conjunto de dos tarjetas de visita autógrafas firmadas (una de ellas solo con su inicial), sin fecha ni lugar; una contiene únicamente unas palabras de agradecimiento, mientras que la otra está destinada a servir de presentación a Gustave Geffroy, algo que Clémenceau considera «absurdo», «[....] pero como él insiste [...]». Con el sobre escrito a mano que lleva el sello del Senado, dirigido a Gustave Geffroy, director de la Manufactura de los Gobelinos.
