«La última comunión de San Jerónimo», según Domenico Zampieri, conocido como Domenichino (Bolonia, 1581-1641, Nápoles), lleva la inscripción «Förtsch p. 1798» Óleo sobre madera. Firmado y fechado en la esquina inferior derecha: «Förtsch p. 1798». Copia a menor escala del cuadro de altar de Domenichino de 1614 (Pinacoteca Vaticana); en el reverso, la inscripción en latín «Ex Tab. Do. Zampieri», en referencia al mosaico de San Pedro, en Roma. Marco de madera ennegrecido con moldura interior dorada. Craquelado generalizado, con grietas en algunas zonas de las vestimentas; se aprecian retoques aislados; barniz amarillento y desigual.
