Engastados en forma de «entourage» con dos zafiros de Ceilán ovalados en cabujón (aprox. 20,0 ct en total), 20 diamantes de talla brillante (aprox. 0,97 ct en total, I/J, vs/si) y 52 hojas de esmeralda talladas. Con ganchos de sujeción soldados posteriormente. Clasificado: ley 750. Esmeraldas parcialmente rayadas, falta una esmeralda. Abrazaderas de sujeción soldadas posteriormente. 3,7 x 3,4 cm.
