Representación estilizada y semirrelieve de una mamá pingüino con su cría, realizada en hierro ennegrecido. El pecho de oro blanco y la cabeza están engastados en pavé con 382 diamantes de talla brillante (13,12 ct) y 16 zafiros (en total, 0,97 ct) con un degradado de color que va del amarillo claro al naranja; el pico incrustado de la madre es de cobre.
