Hora de subasta: aprox. 12:07 (horario sin garantía) Lleno de tensión, expresivo y con colores vivos. - En el reverso, un segundo dibujo al temple (cabeza de mujer de perfil). - En el reverso del marco adjunto, lleva la inscripción «RG. Bunk || Iris || Split 1950». - Rudolf Gerhart Bunk fue alumno de Karl Hofer en 1927 y posteriormente estudió en la Escuela de Artes Decorativas de Berlín-Charlottenburg. Condenado al ostracismo en Alemania como expresionista de segunda generación, vivió desde 1938 primero en Yugoslavia, pero huyó de la Wehrmacht a Italia y Egipto. En 1945 regresó a Split y fue un exitoso escenógrafo en el Teatro Popular de esa ciudad. En 1958 se trasladó a Hamburgo. Véase Rump/Bruhns, p. 71
