JOAN SANDALINAS FORNAS (Barcelona, 1903 - 1991). "Estructura", 1974. Acuarela sobre papel. Firmada y fechada al dorso. Medidas: 12 x 16 cm; 34,5 x 38 cm (marco). Sandalinas se dio a conocer en los círculos artísticos a través de la revista "L'Amic de les Arts" y de su participación en algunas de las exposiciones colectivas más importantes celebradas en Barcelona en los años veinte y principios de los treinta: la Exposició d'Art de 1928, el III Salón de otoño de la Sala Parés, las muestras "Arte Abstracto" y "Arte moderno nacional y extranjero" de la galería Dalmau en 1929 y el Salón de Montjuic de 1932, entre otros ejemplos. Actualmente está representado en la Fundación Mapfre y en el Museo Patio Herreriano de Valladolid, así como en otros centros públicos y colecciones privadas.
