En el reverso hay anotaciones de coleccionista que datan las firmas en 2001 y 2007. En buen estado, con algunas marcas ligeras y un par de pequeños pliegues, uno de los cuales roza el pelo de Smart. Parton apareció como estrella invitada junto a Smart en el episodio de *Designing Women* titulado «El primer día de la última década de todo el siglo XX», interpretando a la «estrella de cine protectora» de Charlene Stillfield mientras el personaje se preparaba para dar a luz. La trama tenía un paralelismo con la vida real de Smart, cuyo propio embarazo se incorporó al guion de la serie; dio a luz a su primer hijo, Connor, en octubre de 1989, poco antes de que se grabara el episodio con Parton.
