Documento relativo al denominado feudo hereditario a favor de Johann Hinrich Oehlmann, como miembro más mayor de la familia.- En el reverso, título manuscrito: «Escrito de feudo del año 1787 sobre la mitad del diezmo de Stedder a favor del señor Oehlmann». - Ligeramente amarillento en los pliegues; la tinta está algo descolorida en algunos puntos.
